About Sigtel
Since 1986, Sigtel has specialised in designing and building radio telemetry systems. Early success was founded in supplying specialist military applications to exacting military specifications. We have since identified the need throughout commerce and industry to transfer data between two or more points without the need for cables and have expanded our product range supplying many OEM’s, aerospace, process industries, water treatment/supply companies and other power utilities.
We offer a reliable, secure and cost effective method of wireless transmission of data from a few millimetres to over 20km using radio. Operating in licence free, deregulated frequencies, Sigtel can satisfy the majority of applications from simple single channel point to point links to multi-point systems, both sending and receiving data. All Sigtel products are microprocessor controlled and software driven. We supply off the shelf and custom designed systems, together with a complete range of accessories from solar panels to antennas.
We have a reputation for manufacturing high quality telemetry equipment, designed to function reliably in hostile environments and under arduous conditions throughout the world. All housings are weatherproof and are Usually rated to IP67.
Our philosophy at Sigtel is to offer the highest quality manufacture, but without unnecessary over-specification. As all design and build facilities are in-house, we offer total flexibility with control on costs, and pass these savings on to our customers.
